We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Insurance Development Officer to drive business growth by recruiting insurance advisors, developing sales networks, and promoting insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and sales skills with the ability to build and manage a productive team of insurance advisors. Requirements Business Development Generate new business opportunities for insurance products. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify potential markets and clients for business expansion. Promote life/general/health insurance products to customers. Advisor Recruitment & Management Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents. Motivate and support advisors to achieve sales goals. Monitor advisor performance and productivity. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for advisors. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Provide after-sales support and policy servicing assistance. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
