Job Description

  • Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
  • Train and support bank employees to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct joint customer meetings and generate insurance business.
  • Monitor branch performance, ensure target achievement, and submit MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the *Life Insurance industry, preferably in the Bancassurance channel. 
  • Strong sales, relationship management, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Immediate joiners preferred. Benefits Salary upto Rs 15 - 16 LPA, based on current CTC
