Direct Sales Team (DST) - Calicut

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Direct Sales Team (DST) Executives to promote and sell the company’s products/services directly to customers. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, field sales activities, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets in the Kochi region. Requirements Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and direct marketing activities. Meet prospective customers and explain company products/services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities. Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer feedback. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and customer support. Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events. Ensure proper documentation and compliance during customer onboarding. Follow up with customers for payments, renewals, and service-related issues.
