Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Executive Relationship Managers to join our banking channel. The role involves managing customer relationships, generating business, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and generate business through direct and referral channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of applications.
  • Maintain regular interaction with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, relationship management, banking, insurance, NBFC, or financial services.
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel locally for customer acquisition and business development.
  • Candidates with experience in banking, CASA, loans, insurance, credit life, or financial product sales will be preferred.

Additional Incentives
Apart from the current salary the employees shall be provided with attractive performance incentives over and above 4 LPA
