We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining updates Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Support day-to-day recruitment activities Requirements Any Graduate / pursuing graduation Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Interest in HR / Recruitment field Positive attitude and willingness to learn Benefits Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives Internship Certificate Practical exposure in recruitment industry PPO based on performance
