HR Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Operations professional to lead and manage the complete human resources function of our engineering company. The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, manpower planning, performance management, industrial relations, and talent management within an engineering/manufacturing environment. The candidate must be capable of developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across the organization. Requirements HR Operations & Administration Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations for the organization. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and systems. Manage employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities. Ensure maintenance of employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and documentation.
