Job Description
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business and project requirements. Establish competency frameworks and skill matrices for BIM, Revit, MEP, Structural, Architectural, and Design Engineering functions. Design and implement technical learning programs for engineers, designers, project teams, and managers. Create training curricula, learning pathways, technical manuals, SOPs, process documentation, and assessment frameworks. Partner with technical leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop structured certification and capability-building programs. Drive onboarding and technical induction programs for graduate engineers and experienced professionals. Develop leadership and managerial capability programs for team leads and project managers. Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and knowledge management initiatives. Measure training effectiveness through competency assessments, certifications, project performance, and business impact metrics. Build succession planning and career development frameworks across technical and managerial functions. Ensure continuous updating of training content based on industry standards, software advancements, and client requirements. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the organization. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development preferred. 15–20 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Technical Training. Proven experience supporting engineering, design consulting, construction technology, EPC, BIM, or related industries. Strong experience in competency mapping, technical capability development, instructional design, and training documentation. Experience developing learning programs for engineering and technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
