The PWM will be responsible for managing and driving life insurance business through *Bank's Burgundy Relationship Managers, focusing on **NRI/HNI customers* and the premium customer segment.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage and build strong relationships with *Axis Bank Burgundy RMs*.
* Drive life insurance business through the *Burgundy channel*.
* Work closely with Burgundy RMs to identify and convert *NRI/HNI customer opportunities*.
* Handle customer requirements and support RMs in insurance conversions.
* Drive achievement of assigned *premium and business targets*.
* Provide product and sales support to Burgundy RMs.
* Develop business through an *open architecture model*.
* Monitor sales performance and maintain a strong business pipeline.
* Build strong relationships with key bank stakeholders.
* Ensure proper follow-up, documentation and smooth policy issuance.
Candidate Requirements – MUST HAVE * *Core Life Insurance (LI) experience is mandatory.* * Must have experience in an *Open Architecture business model*. * *NRI/HNI customer handling experience is strongly preferred.* * Experience in *Bancassurance / Wealth Management / Private Banking* will be an advantage. * Experience dealing with *premium/HNI/NRI customers* is preferred. * Strong understanding of life insurance products and sales processes. * Excellent relationship-management and communication skills. * Strong target orientation and business-development capabilities. ### Preferred Candidate Background *Core Life Insurance | Open Architecture | NRI/HNI Client Handling | Bancassurance | Wealth Management | Private Banking*
