Job Description

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned bank branches and key stakeholders 2. Generate life insurance business through the bancassurance channel 3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per assigned goals 4. Support bank staff through product training and joint customer calls 5. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products 6. Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines 7. Track performance, follow up on leads, and ensure policy issuance 8.
