Job Description

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our two-wheeler dealership. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable two-wheeler models, conducting test rides, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, basic knowledge of two-wheelers, and a strong interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements and budget.
  • Explain product features, specifications, pricing, variants, finance options, offers, and accessories.
  • Conduct effective product presentations and arrange test rides for customers.
  • Generate sales leads through showroom enquiries, phone calls, referrals, digital enquiries, and local marketing activities.
  • Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and other performance objectives.
  • Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and sales.
  • Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Assist customers with exchange/trade-in enquiries and coordinate the evaluation process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and provide customers with necessary product and ownership information.
  • Maintain showroom discipline, product displays, and professional appearance.
  • Stay updated on new models, product features, pricing, offers, and competitor products.
  • Participate in promotional events, roadshows, customer meets, and other dealership sales activities.

Skills Required

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented approach. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets. Basic computer knowledge. Good follow-up and relationship-management skills. Willingness to learn about two-wheeler products and the automobile industry. Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
