Senior Insurance officer

Manage end-to-end hospital insurance operations. Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for approvals and claim settlements. Ensure smooth processing of cashless and reimbursement claims. Monitor insurance billing, documentation, and compliance procedures. Handle escalations related to insurance approvals and patient queries. Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and corporate clients. Train and guide the insurance team for efficient workflow management. Ensure timely claim submission and minimize claim rejections. Requirements Candidates must have prior hospital experience in handling insurance operations, TPA coordination, and healthcare claims management. Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant discipline. Strong knowledge of hospital insurance processes and TPA handling. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage teams and handle operational responsibilities efficiently.
