Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the automobile showroom.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve showroom performance.
Monitor enquiries, test drives, bookings, retail deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Handle important customer interactions, escalations, and complaints professionally.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance and feedback.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Customer Relationship Management teams.
Ensure proper product presentation, vehicle display, showroom cleanliness, and brand standards.
Track competitor activities, market trends, customer preferences, and local business opportunities.
Review daily/monthly sales reports, enquiry conversion, booking status, and delivery performance.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership/company processes.
Support promotional activities, customer events, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maximize enquiry-to-booking and booking-to-delivery conversions.
Train and develop sales executives on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer handling.
Coordinate with the dealership management and manufacturer representatives as required.
Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent automobile-related qualification. 4–5 years of relevant experience in four-wheeler automobile sales/showroom operations. Previous experience in a Showroom Manager / Sales Manager / Team Leader role will be preferred. Strong knowledge of automobile products, sales processes, and dealership operations.
